01 · Systems integrator · Greater Poland, Lower Silesia, Lubusz
We design and integrate building systems that work in the background. Before you open the app.
We combine electrical installations, building automation, energy management and a secure IT network into one coherent system – from concept and design, through commissioning, to ongoing service.
Both in new builds and in minimally invasive retrofits: in single-family houses (including energy-efficient and passive houses), apartments, commercial buildings and public buildings.
Key functions work locally, even without the internet No unnecessary gadgets

02 · Scope
Three layers of one system
We combine IT, automation and electrical engineering into one coherent, reliable and secure system – in apartments, single-family houses, commercial buildings and public buildings.
What does a systems integrator do?
A systems integrator designs and builds the installation so that lighting, heating, blinds, gates, power supply and the network work as one system rather than as separate devices with separate apps. The integrator is responsible for the whole: from the distribution board, through programming, to documentation.

04 · Construction stages
At which stage should you contact us?
Ideally at the design or shell stage – the earlier, the cheaper. After plastering, every change to cable routes means chasing walls and, in an energy-efficient house, a risk to airtightness; a wireless system does not increase the cost where power is already available.

05 · How we work together
How does working with us look?
Five steps, one party responsible: from describing your needs to handing over the documentation and ongoing service.
Your needs
Form or phone call. We call back within [1 working day].
Floor plan analysis
Ideally at the design or shell stage.
Preliminary quote
Scope in three layers and choice of platform.
Installation
Installation, distribution board, programming, acceptance tests.
Handover and ongoing service
As-built documentation and training, then inspections, updates and remote support – [scope and terms of service].
06 · Energy-efficient buildings
Installations for low-energy, zero-energy and passive buildings
New Polish building regulations (technical conditions) are being prepared. We design ahead of the announced requirements and the EPBD directive; we will update this information once the regulation is published.
Shading against overheating
Blinds and venetian blinds controlled by sun, wind and time of day.
Ventilation control
Heat recovery ventilation output according to CO₂, humidity and occupancy.
Airtight installation penetrations
Routes on the inner side of the airtight layer.
Heat pump and PV
Common control, power balancing.
Complementary services – who carries them out
We coordinate – done by a partner
Carried out by: partner carrying out airtightness tests
Airtightness test (blower door)
After the airtight layer and before finishing; we are on site and seal our own penetrations.
We recommend a partner
Carried out by: qualified energy auditor
Energy audit
Assessment of the building and improvement options; we adapt the automation to the results.
We coordinate – done by a partner
Carried out by: partner carrying out insulation and window work
Thermal retrofit
Insulation and windows are done by a partner; we do the electrical installation, automation and shading control.
Interior design
Panels, lighting and switches planned together with the interior design.
07 · Two levels
Smart home or building automation – which level to choose?
A smart home is based on wireless solutions that can be added even in a lived-in home. Building automation is a central, wired system whose logic runs locally in the building.
| Criterion | Smart home (Somfy / Velux) | Building automation (Loxone / Ampio / Somfy animeo) |
|---|---|---|
| When to choose it | When you want to control shading, roof windows, the gate and lighting without chasing walls – even in a lived-in home. | When you are building or fully renovating a house or building and want one system for lighting, climate, energy, access and security. |
| Cabling | Wireless – devices need power, but no new cable routes. | Wired – cable routes to the distribution board; wireless components as a supplement. |
| Best construction stage | Any – also after plastering and during renovation. | Design or open shell. |
| Expansion options | Within the devices supported by the system (list of integrations on the Smart home page). | Modular – further modules, standards (KNX, DALI, Modbus) and integrations. |
| Operation without the internet | Time-based scenarios, remote controls, switches and weather sensors – yes. The app, remote access and cloud integrations – no. | All logic and the app on the home network work locally; the internet is needed for remote access and updates. |
08 · Security and reliability
What happens when something fails?
We design the system so that basic functions keep working without the internet and during a power cut.
Local operation
The building automation controller (Loxone, Ampio) runs in the building, so lighting, heating and blinds work without the internet; the internet is needed for remote access and updates. In the Somfy TaHoma system, time-based scenarios, remote controls and switches work without the internet; the app and cloud integrations require the internet.
Backup power
Protected circuits with backup for automation and the network.
Separate network
System devices on a separate network (VLAN), without port forwarding.
Certified alarm and secure entry
Control panel certified to EN 50131; only a reader outside. Installed by a partner; we integrate it with the system.
Documentation
Acceptance tests and diagrams in every project.

11 · FAQ
Frequently asked questions
At which construction stage is it best to contact you?
At the design or shell stage, before plastering. At that point we plan the distribution board and routes based on the floor plan, and changes cost least. In renovations we use wireless systems.
Does a smart home work without the internet?
It depends on the level. In building automation (Loxone, Ampio) all logic and the app on the home network run locally in the controller; the internet is needed for remote access and updates. In a smart home based on Somfy TaHoma, time-based scenarios, remote controls, switches and wind and sun sensors work without the internet; the TaHoma app, remote access, voice assistants and cloud integrations require the internet.
Do you carry out energy audits and airtightness tests?
Not ourselves – the airtightness test is carried out by a partner, which we coordinate while sealing our own penetrations; for an energy audit we recommend a qualified auditor. We adapt the installations to the results.
Does a commercial building need a building automation system (BACS)?
It depends on the output of the heating or cooling installation. We check this for the specific building.
Where do you carry out installations?
Mainly in the Greater Poland region (Wielkopolska), and also in Lower Silesia and Lubusz, including Leszno, Poznań and Wrocław. Another location? Please ask.
