Commercial buildings: one system instead of separate installations and separate service contracts
An office, guesthouse, service unit or rental apartments: heating, lighting, access and network are usually done by different companies, and nobody is responsible for the whole. We run the electrical installation, automation and network as one project – from the building audit to service.

Construction stages
Ideally before construction or renovation – but an audit also makes sense in an operating building
It costs least at the design or shell stage. The later it gets, the more changes to a wired installation require chasing walls; wireless systems are the exception.

It depends on the output of the heating or cooling installation. We check this for the specific building.
